Shipment Tracking Dashboard
The data used for this Shipment dashboard is a combination of various logistics and supply chain management data points such as warehouse operations, transportation processes, and overall supply chain performance. The data was cleaned and prepared using Python and the Pandas library. The dataset contains fifty-three columns and it was combined data of shipment details like ship status, ship mode shipment cost, sales profit market region customer details. The data was then divided into two datasets, one for sales and one for shipment management. Advanced data wrangling techniques were applied to ensure the data was accurate and relevant to the dashboard's purpose.

The Shipment dashboard that I have published on Tableau Public is a data-driven tool that provides a comprehensive view of logistics operations and supply chain management. It allows companies to monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as warehouse operations, transportation processes, and overall supply chain performance. The dashboard is built on advanced data visualizations, such as bar charts, line charts, and maps, which are interactive and easy to use. It also includes the ability to toggle between different visualizations and change chart views for each product, enabling users to understand the data and make informed decisions quickly and easily.

One of the major challenges in logistics operations and supply chain management is the lack of visibility and transparency in the data. With this dashboard, companies can easily access and analyze their logistics data, which can help to optimize their operations and improve their overall performance. The dashboard is designed with a minimalistic theme, and with less charts, more detailed approach that makes it easy to read and understand the data. This feature allows users to identify trends, patterns, and areas quickly and easily for improvement in their logistics operations.

Overall, the Shipment dashboard is a powerful tool for any company involved in logistics operations, transportation processes, and supply chain management. It can help companies to improve their performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency by providing them with a comprehensive view of their logistics data and the ability to analyze it.
