Nikotech Financial Analysis

This project entailed conducting a financial analysis of NikoTech using process improvement tools such as Lean Six Sigma and Data Mining to identify inefficiencies and root causes of issues. Upon identification of these issues, I implemented targeted actions to address them, resulting in a 3% year-over-year increase in return on assets and an overall improvement in the bottom line of the company. To gauge the effectiveness of these actions, I employed Power Bi to monitor and track the results, including any impact on key financial statements such as the balance sheet and income statement.

Furthermore, I utilized my expertise in financial modeling to create a comprehensive set of financial forecasts for the next five years based on the recommendations made during the analysis. These forecasts took into consideration various scenarios and assumptions to provide a robust projection of the company's financial performance. Finally, I presented these insights and recommendations to management, offering valuable data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance the customer experience. Overall, this project required the use of technical tools and expertise to drive improvement and optimize financial performance for NikoTech.
